Masterplan: Vision for the Future

The Masterplan will deliver a modern, thriving business community for the 21st Century where the needs of people come first.

Over recent months, SEGRO has undertaken detailed consultation on its Vision for the Future. This has included events, exhibitions, workshops and briefings, the feedback from which has helped inform the emerging Masterplan.

The plans will deliver:

• Five purpose designed business environments
• A new Central Area
• Secondary Areas providing amenities within walking distance and around the Estate
• New tree-lined boulevards leading to the centre of the Estate
• A new main entrance on the Bath Road
